Target Platform names do not substitute variable values from User-defined Axis

      My hudson configuration includes:

      • User-defined axis: eclipse.version in (3.5, 3.6, 3.7)
      • Archived/Published Eclipse Target Platform Name: "Eclipse ${eclipse.version} Platform Target"

      I'd expect three platforms as a result:
      1) Eclipse 3.5 Platform Target
      2) Eclipse 3.6 Platform Target
      3) Eclipse 3.7 Platform Target

      I end up with four (four?) target platforms, with identical names:
      1) Eclipse ${eclipse.version} Platform Target
      2) Eclipse ${eclipse.version} Platform Target
      3) Eclipse ${eclipse.version} Platform Target
      4) Eclipse ${eclipse.version} Platform Target
