Matrix sub jobs do not keep n+1 builds, when n is specified.

      I have a matrix job with the setting to only keep 3 builds (no limit on number of days).
      The main matrix job keeps 3, but if you open the matrix sub jobs, each is keeping 4 jobs.

          Its not as easy.
          I definied a matrixbuild keeping builds 28 days. The matrix contains 8x8 fields.

          The main job keeps all builds 28 days. But all subjobs just 4 days.

          Each subbuild can have up to 30MB logs so we cannot switch off logrotation.
          -> set prio to major

          This issue has nothing to do with the logging plugin.
