All the URLs from the /pluginManager/installed should have exact the same names as the plugin - as it is listed inside /pluginManager/available

This is really important because I found out that is hard to identify a plugin using the find-in-page search in browser.

Just one example (there are tens of them):
"XShell Plugin" is listed as "Hudson cross-platform shell plugin", searching by xshell will find nothing.

I'm not sure if this could be easily changed but an alternative solution would be just to include the plugin name before the description inside the /installed page.

Anyway, the idea is the all the naming must be consistent in order to prevent confusion.
