It would be nice if Hudson could provide the ability to permanently disable a slave. Currently one can only temporarily disable (offline) a slave. But upon restart, the disabled slave will be enabled and brought back online. Thus, the only action to permanently disable a slave is to remove the slave. There are cases where it would be nice to permanently disable a slave without having to delete it.
