I've got an M2 project that is now building successfully, and all the projects
are showing blue.

However, the build summary shows it as Grey. This is probably because in the
project build it is listing some old projects that aren't there any more (they
have been removed from the POM), and so are never needed to be built - so they
are grey. This could also maybe happen on projects that disable certain things
with profiles.
