on the the 'Manage Hudson' page, the links to the backup and configuration slicing plugins are dead making the plugins useless since they cannot be accessed.

I also have the Global Build Stats plugin but that works fine (address is http://localhost:8080/plugin/global-build-stats/);
I tried if I could get to http://localhost:8080/plugin/slicing for example but no avail.
