ClearCase Plugin Issues with Matrix jobs Baseline

      Win2k3 / Win2k8 / WinXP, jdk1.6.0_17, CCplugin 1.3.1 (tried 1.3.3 same issue), Hudson 1.382 (tried 1.383, 1.386, 1.389 same issue)

      1. The matrix job parent does not set the CC_BASELINE_NAME so it can not be passed to a dependent / downstream job. It looks like it does baseline / built on each matrix child instead of the parent.

      2. Might of been introduced 1.383+, but each child is trying to kick off the downstream job before the parent is finished. Only starts one job. 'Trigger parameterized build on other projects' 'Stable or Unstable but not failed'
