It would be a great feature to have a possibility to control which methods / packages / classes to exclude from a final hudson-emma report.
Exclusions could be defined in some kind of regexp, or even custom logic for exclusions could be provided (taking into account method name, number of its lines etc.)

Similar issue already exists on EMMA project sourceforge page, but as this project is rather stalled, maybe this is a proper place to implement such a functionality.
