Maven plugin unable to make use of Maven 3's Paralell Builds

      On a maven job, adding a "-T" option for parallel builds causes the job to fail (see attached trace, for which I had configured for "-T 1.5C" ).

      Note that I'm very glad maven3 is supported by the plugin – thank you very much!
