No clue in build console that build is waiting for a lock.

      When a locked build is already on an executor (see JENKINS-4359) the console output contains no clue that the build is waiting for a lock.
      The console output is totally empty until the build gets the lock.

      A log 'waiting for lock XYZ' would be really helpful.
