We have a use case where a teardown job needs to be run on Unstable or Failure but not Stable. Currently this is not an option. I tried setting up two triggers for the same job one for Unstable and one for Failed but this currently doesn't work. Only the first trigger will fire.

Alternatively, it would be nice to just allow multiple triggers to be setup for the same job. i.e. Trigger parameterized build on TearDown if Unstable, with such and such parameters; and Trigger parameterized build on TearDown if Failed with slightly different parameters.
