No Icons for links

    • using the plugin with a servlet container like tomcat

      the icons on the mainpage of the management link thinbackup are not displayed if hudson is deployed in an servlet container like tomcat.
      using the buildin container works fine.

      the problem is that the path to the icons changes; need '/hudson/' before 'plugin' in the path
