Request for releasing a new version of the exclusive-execution plugin

      I have localized the latest version of the exclusive-execution plugin for
      Japanese users.

      Could anyone release a new version of the exclusive-execution plugin?
      Or allow me to release a new version of the plugin.

      All the files I localized are in the svn repo (i.e. https://svn.java.net/svn/hudson~svn/trunk/hudson/plugins/exclusive-execution/).
