Hi I have added matrix support for Doxygen, so it is possible to select a node from which doxygen docs will be published,
(of course they have to be generated somehow on that node).
I have also added an "Advanced" option so it will be possible to select a relative location from where doxygen tool performs its run, this option is essential in case when you have doxygen tool running not from the root workspace, and of course the location in DoxyFile is taken relative to the location where doxygen tool is started (workdir). but when plugin traverses DoxyFile it considers the location written in doxygen-docs section to be relative to workspace root. which is not the case
