Expand and collapse icons not showing up when deployed on Application container

      Url of the icon: http://buildmaster-nl/plugin/dashboard-view/images/icon-expand.gif
      But our Jenkins installation is deployed at: http://buildmaster-nl/jenkins

      So the url should be relative instead of /plugin/dashboard-view/images/icon-expand.gif

      Same holds for the collapse image.
