Update all the changesets for one issue

      Sometimes there are many changesets/commits made between 2 builds for one and the same issue. Currently the plugin updates Mantis only with one of them and the rest of the changesets are ignored.

      Example: Imagine 5 commits between 2 builds. 3 of them are for one and the same issue XXXX. Mantis plugin will update the corresponding issue XXXX, but only with the revision of one of the 3 changesets
