Incorrect HTML in Radiator View not causing automatic refresh in Firefox

      The <meta http-equiv="refresh"/> is buried within the <body> of the html. According to http://w3schools.com/tags/tag_meta.asp the <meta> tag is only allowed within the <head> tag. With my firefox 3.6.15, the radiator view was not auto refreshing. So it was not working to show the always current status.
