We have several people working independently on our main system and at times it would be useful to be able to see if somebody has already started investigating a failed build, introducing an extra status of "under-investigation" would make it a lot easier to keep track of what is going on.

In addition an assignee and timestamp of when the status was changed could be useful to see if it has been "under-investigation" for a long time. The option of changing it back to failed would also be good incase a user cannot solve the issue (with possible email option to alert that it's status was changed in each case).

Once resolved it would also be nice to have a "resolved" status separate to the other status' available so that in an ideal world we should be able to have a system that is either completely successful or at least all the problems have been resolved.
