Our customer team looks at the wonderful listing of tests running from Robot, but often would like to see the test tables themselves (and associated English describing them). In addition, when a test fails it is useful to be able to quickly navigate to the failing test definition to understand the failure better. Using the output.xml it is possible to determine the file associated for each test and map this to a hgweb URL to create a link that will display the raw file contents to be rendered by the browser.

Our team created an internal Python script that post-processed the report.html to add links to the hgweb test, however the recent update of the plug-in made the navigation to the report.html much more difficult for our customer team. Perhaps there are some better ideas on how to do this and integrate this nicely into the existing Jenkins look and feel.
