Log parser output should be linked from the build status page (akin to artifacts)

      The log parser output should have links from the build status page in the same way that the artifacts do. Additionally, (I should not have two things listed, but they are related) the log parser does not have a text title on its section of the build status page. This would be the obvious place to link from.
