ClearCase Plugin: SCM Polling Branch System-Level Config Setting Does Not Work

      While upgrading to latest version of the ClearCase plugin, we noticed that the system-level configuration (via "Configure Jenkins") no longer honors the SCM Polling Branch we used to define there for ClearCase.

      Since our group has well over 100+ jobs, many of which were dependent upon this "master" setting, the loss of this configuration setting makes maintenance as branch names change a nightmare.

          I checked the plugin scm history and couldn't find that option anywhere. What version were you using previously? Is it the same plugin?
