Jenkins ver. 1.407 (from Ubuntu repository)
Hudson slave squatter plugin ver. 1.1

Installed a couple of plugins through update center and selected 'restart when no jobs are running', no jobs were running but Jenkins wasn't restarting.

We also have 'Hudson SafeRestart Plugin' and this also failed to restart Jenkins. Browsing to http:/ourJenkins/restart worked.

I suspect that the culprit is 'Hudson slave squatter plugin', we have one slave reserved outside of Jenkins and the threadDump shows 'executing hudson.plugins.slave_squatter.ReservationExecutable@6d719479' for that slave.
