Make slaves run as headless

      It would be usefull if the slaves could run as headless when they are running as
      daemons or windows services. This patch will read the system property
      "hudson.agent.headless" and if it is set to true then it will not initiate the
      GUI application and only start the Engine in the JNPL package.
