We have subversion revision numbers that are currently > 200000. When we look in the SCM Changes screen on a build screen the first digit is not there.

For instance, if a check in 213242 got into a build. The number on the Changes screen would read 13242. However, things like the Fisheye link the appropriate entire revision, so the overall impact isn't terrible.
