Looking at the ClearTool output its using 'cleartool lshistory -all -since ....'
Looking at cleartool man lshist, there is an option for a branch
'cleartool lshistory -all -branch 'bbbbbb' -since ....'

It would be nice to have the option to indicate if branch filtering was desired, and iff so, then what branch name to filter on.

CONOPS, a team working on disparate issues on individual branches. Each branch 'A, B, ..." has its own Jenkins job 'jA, jB, ...'. Developers on branch 'A' are confused as to why they are seeing changes made on other branches 'B, etc' in the Recent Changes report of a build on 'jA'.
