Another CI tool I have used called Pulse had a 'skip next build' button. In my experience, it's a very common use case to want to skip an impending build rather than disable a project. This feature would allow me to skip a build (for example to wait for a checkin), manually run the build when the checkin occurs, and then not have the burden of having to re-enable the build later.
