yadis exception seen on openID SSO on gmail

      Bug discovered in Jenkins training. After setting up gmail auth credentials, an exception is sometimes seen on login attempts. After a minute, the error stopped occurring.

          When YADIS discovery fails, openid4java does not report the URL it is hitting, making error diagnosis difficult.

          I've improved error diagnosis toward 1.8 to report which URL is failing.

          Let's see which endpoint is failing to respond in time. Also, please can you tell us what OpenID was typed in?
