No Longer able to set Matrix level access in individual projects while using Matrix Level security for overall access

      We used to be able to use AD groups to limit overall access using global Matrix Level Security and then we could temporarily provide individual access by selecting a checkbos to allow Matrix Level Security inside the configuration of each job. This checkbox is no longer available.
