Latest jenkins running on tomcat prevents me from configuring

    • Windows 2008 server, jenkins deployed on tomcat 7

      When i try and configure a job i created, it says loading at the top and certain fields are greyed out. But at the bottom of the page i can still make some changes. Also the save button is not visible. See attached screenshot.

          I can confirm that running 1.447 via java- jar on Ubuntu LTS

          I've got the same in one of my projects with Jenkins 1.474 on Apache Tomcat/7.0.23. Window XP, java 7. It fails in Chrome 21 and IE 9

          Get the same issue with latest jenkin 1.499 on Freebsd 7.2. Fails on Chrome and Firefox in Ubuntu.

          Same over here. Works fine again after downgrading to 1.520.

          Newer versions of Jenkins added robustness code to the job config page. So unless someone can show the issue still occurs in newer Jenkins versions, this report is obsolete.
