Latest jenkins running on tomcat prevents me from configuring

      Windows 2008 server, jenkins deployed on tomcat 7

      When i try and configure a job i created, it says loading at the top and certain fields are greyed out. But at the bottom of the page i can still make some changes. Also the save button is not visible. See attached screenshot.
