This may be due to the special setup I am using (not logged in users have access to 1 trigger job that starts the unknown task described above), but I don't think so since the queued task appears as unknown.

I've provided a screenshot to make this clearer.

Some fixes could be to either hide the parameters in the mouseover, or disable the mouseover altogether for users that do not have access.
