background:

I want to run some checking script on scriptler plugin.
ex) disk usage check, file exists check, network connectivity test...

but, scriptler plugin does not have method to fail to job except throwing a exception.
If throw exception in the script, the script output is not to print console log.

feature:

• build fail if the scriptler script return false.
