[JENKINS-14182] Dynamic Parameter plugin doesnt provide parameter in automatic executions

I have set up a dynamic parameter using plugin "Groovy dinamic parameter". This parameter read from a file values to be shown as selectable. Manual execution works fine but at automatic triggered builds that parameter is completely missing. It seems that logic of this kind of parameters is not been executed on automatic executions.
