Occasionally a build fails for environmental that are not the fault of any of the contributers. I would be nice if, as the administrator, I could redress this by picking a particular build and backing out its effect on the scoreboard.

I used to be able to work around this by editing people's scores manually but can't do that any more thanks to JENKINS-3575.
