Allow copying artifacts from last (even failed) build

      I'd like to be able to copy artifacts from last completed build, both successful and failed. Currently there is no way to achieve that with Copy Artifact Plugin.

          I have the same problem.

          In my case I'm trying to collate test results from a number of test jobs.
          However if any of the test jobs get marked as failed then the collation job is unable to find them even if they have produced output.

          For now I've had to use the xuint test plugin to set the fail thresholds so that the worst state a successfully run test job can be set to is unstable but that's somewhat misleading to other users.

          "Last Completed Build" selector is available since 1.33 (JENKINS-16476).
