Weather icon is not properly displayed in the "Latest Builds" and "JaCoCo Coverage Statistics Grid" portlets when Jenkins is not deployed to the root context.

The image src path assumes that Jenkins is deployed to the root context. (The context path is missing from the src value.) Note that this only affects the weather icon--the status icon is fine.
