jobs load slowly while url contains "/view/" string

      jobs load slowly while Jenkins url contains "/view/" string and the total jobs on that page is around 1394 .If "/view/" is removed from url job loads many times faster because the no: of jobs is less .

      Is there any possible solution to access the view much faster if the url contains /view/?
