Define project patterns an use them for defining project roles

Currently patterns are tied to "Project roles". This is a bit confusing and problematic if you want to add roles like "MyProject - read", "MyProject - build", both having complicated patterns like MyProject-(job-name1|job-name2|job-name3).

So a better way would be to define projects which would have Name and Patter. And then in Project roles you would only choose the project instead of creating the pattern.

Probably, role macros or Folder Plugin could resolve your case in a better way.
Role-strategy plugin has significant performance issues in the case of big roles number, so I don't think that such improvement will be useful enough.
