Is it possible to add a comment to the build output indicating what action
      triggered a build? For example:

"Build # <INT> triggered by Periodic Build Trigger '@midnight'"
"Build # <INT> triggered by SCM Change #<INT>" – The change number is then
      linked back to the changelog.

      etc.

I think this would be useful to identify when and why builds occurred by keeping
this information in a central location.

      Thanks!

It would be nice to have an ENV variabele containing the upstream project which
          triggered a build also.
Or to have the possibility of giving the name of the current project as a
          parameter to the triggered project.
