Allow parameterized remote trigger to be a post-build action

      Currently parameterized remote trigger plugin can run a remote job as a build step. It would be pretty nice if it could be a post-build action as well as a build step, like the vanilla parameterized trigger plugin.

      This can of course be worked around, but it'd still be nice. Awesome plugin, by the way!

          At the moment I'm not sure how to implement this with out duplicating a bunch of code :-p
          Let me poke around this weekend and see if I can come up with (or find an example of) a decent implementation.

          Hi, I would love to use this in a post-build step instead of inside the actual build steps.
          My most common use case is to trigger once the originating job is fully done, so as the last step in the post-build actions.

          This would be really awesome. We use separate Jenkins instances for our QA and dev environments, and being able to kick off tests only after a build is successful would be... pretty cool.

          There are other ways to do it (curl statements and whatnot) but it's messier, and we'd like to standardize on the parameterized-remote-trigger plugin if possible.
