Clicking a user id on a "recent changes" page (for example) brings up a page for
that user. By default, there is no description there, but an "add description"
link is provided for this purpose. If auto refresh is turned on, the form to add
a description also reloads itself, losing anything that the user has typed so
far. It would be nice if auto refresh did not apply to this page, even if the
user has turned it on otherwise.

Simple workaround: turn off auto refresh before adding/editing user information.
