The capacity to create a build target is the entry point for provisioning vanilla builds in Koji. All other operations, creation of package/build tags, etc follow from this operation. I have captured the steps required in this operation. If we can recreate these operations via the Jenkins Koji plugin we limit the interaction with the koji command line and possibly eliminate it all together.
