Using both NodeJS and Rbenv build environment plugins, rbenv is unable to create .rbenv.lock directory

      When selecting 'Provide Node & npm bin/ folder to PATH' and 'rbenv build wrapper', the rbenv plugin is unable to create the .rbenv.lock directory. Look at screenshots for configuration and logs
