Execute phing target's only if build is not in status FAILURE

      Allow to execute phing targets only if build is not failed.
      Currently if you run xUnit and build fails, all phing targets are executed not depending on it's status. A Checkbox to run phing targets only if Build is stable would be nice.

          Any news on this? It would be cool to solve this ticket, as it is open for more than two years now and its a really annoying bug
