Following tests does not pass on Windows:

CopyArtifactTest#testWrappedCopierProjectNameSplit: uses a shell script
CopyArtifactTest#testRenameBeforeProjectNameSplit: uses a shell script
CopyArtifactTest#testCopyToSlave: Fails to clean the slave up

It's inconvenient for me to maintain.
