Allow parameterizing vSphere host and credentials via external file

I would like to use an external file with parameters such as vSphere host, username and password.
Please allow using parameters in Jenkins config->Cloud for those properties.

[JENKINS-25380] Allow parameterizing vSphere host and credentials via external file

A straightforward approach does not make sense. I would propose the following:

          • Credentials -> Integrate with Credentials plugin (JENKINS-25588)
          • Hostname -> Add a new extension point if it is really required (JENKINS-25589)

JENKINS-25588 with a proper CredentialsProvider would be enough IMO

JENKINS-25588 has provided a generic engine with credentials support.

There are are file credentials, so I consider this RFE as solved. No comments from the requester anyway
