ClusterStats plugin page title shows "Disk Usage"

      The "ClusterStats Plugin" uses "Disk Usage" as its title.

      There has been a pull request in GitHub since June 2013 that would fix this issue:
      https://github.com/jenkinsci/cluster-stats/pull/1

      Also, I find it a bit irritating that the plugin is called "ClusterStats Plugin" while the header on the page is "Jenkins Cluster Statistics". Maybe that could be changed to "ClusterStats" as well.

          I've merged the change and also updated ClusterStats to be Cluster Statistics wherever I found. I also made a 0.4.6 release but right now can't figure out why it doesn't show up in releases. I think some jenkins job hasn't run yet because mvn release was a success. Closing this issue.
