      we have Multi-Branch Project plugin installed
      https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Multi-Branch+Project+Plugin

      and every build of each multibranch project makes the jobconfighistory to save new configuration in the history
      though there are no changes in the config
