newest version 0.3.1 is not ok on jenkins 1.588

      Hi,
      after update, or install the new version 0.3.1 of this plugin on our jenkins (1.588 version) it is not able to use the plugin as I don't see in 'Add Post-build' action anything about 'Publish cucumber results as report'.

      I have this issue since the version 0.1.0. I tried everything. Uninstalled the plugin, deleted everything on the OS that has to do with this plugin then installed it from scratch.
      Only version 0.0.23 is ok, all versions beginning with 0.0.24 are not ok.
