Rebase commit message should be configurable

      I've setup a feature branch with the svnmerge-plugin, but I haven't found a way to configure the commit message of the rebase operation.

      This is really necessary for the cases where the repository have a pre commit hook that force a commit message format.

          Is this issue being worked on by anyone? I would be interested in making a fix to help with this scenario as it is preventing my use of the plugin with SVN repos that demand a particular commit message format e.g. commit-hook that expects a JIRA reference in the commit message.

          I don't remember exactly why I did not merge the PR but if you could at least test if this PR resolve the issue for you it could really help.
